SWAN sent letters of concern to the Turkish Minister of Internal Affairs Mr. Sebahattin Öztürk and to the Prime Minister Mr. Ahmet Davutoğlu, expressing deepest concerns about the recent violent attack and rape of Kemal Ördek in Ankara, Turkey, and demanding effective investigation into all attacks against LGBT people and prosecute those responsible.
