Questionnaires

Questionnaires can be useful tools for human rights documentation. Here you will find materials developed by a group in Kenya called Keeping Alive Societies’ Hope (KASH), South African NGOs Women’s Legal Center (WLC) and SWEAT, and Macedonian groups Healthy Options Project Skopje (HOPS) and the Sexual and Health Rights Coalition (S&HRC). The questionnaires provided by these groups are designed to help activists and others documenting human rights violations to identify the most appropriate questions to ask, in order to ensure that the pertinent facts are gathered and can be used to solve problems and press for change.
