Strategic Litigation

Strategic litigation involves pursuit of legal remedies for rights violations. Legal cases are taken up because they have merit and the potential to have an effect beyond the individual victim or victims. Care is taken to select cases that can set a policy precedent or otherwise facilitate reform.
